Originally built in 1990, this Activator Commercial Clam Boat received some major updates and upgrades.  As 1 of 71 Activator 22′ built, this commercial clam boat was brought back to us by its original owner for some required repairs and to extend the boat by three feet.

During the repair process we removed all of the original wood and replaced it with composite materials.  To extend the 22′ to 25′, we blue printed the bottom and fabricated a custom mold to provide a precise fit. After being “stretched” and repairing damage that dated back to 2000, this 25′ Activator had some more work to be done.  New stringers, a Divinycell core, all new composite transom, and a new gas tank were installed.  Rigging under the floor was completed.

Upon completion of re-gelcoating the entire boat we fit seating, speakers, and final touches.  New hardware was installed, including a new Hamilton hatch.  As we moved to the transom, a Seastar hydraulic lift jack was installed to the new construction and this 25′ Activator Commercial Clam Boat is now fit with a Mercury 300XS and a 4-stroke 8HP kicker.
