Full Time Position

Tasks include: Laminate layers of fiberglass on mold to form boat decks and hulls. Works with gel coat, paint, fiberglass, resin, composites, wood working, includes heavy lifting and general tool knowledge.  Must have a minimum of one year of experience or equivalent.

Rage Performance Boats , a full service OEM Mercury provider + OEM Boat Manufacturer of Rage Powerboat models, is seeking someone who is passionate about boat building and wants to work in the boat industry. This candidate must be capable and eager to learn. Must have skilled and advanced knowledge of boat manufacturing and tooling. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Repair a variety of boats including inboard, outboard and personal watercraft, as well as trailers
  • Assist in the setup and testing of new boats 
  • Ability to summarize and winterize boats of all brands 
  • Be comfortable using a wide range of shop tools and equipment 
  • Move boats from 16’ – 40’ in length 
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a productive member of our team 
  • Provide our customers with a positive service experience 
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment 
  • Be a problem solver and be willing to tackle anything 
  • Be able to work independently and efficiently 
  • Any other requests from supervisor
